Our bloodlines tend to produce highly active, smart, lean, athletic dogs. For this reason we do our best to place our puppies in the best home based off the puppy's temperament instead of based off color and markings alone. A highly active puppy going to a low-key home is more than likely going to cause stress for the owners and behavioral issues for the puppy for example so we try to avoid that as much as possible. We HIGHLY recommend obedience training starting at an early age with all our puppies. Will you have the time to devote to training a puppy from us?

Our puppies are sold first and foremost as family pets. We guarantee that our puppies will be physically suitable as a family pet. We do not and can not guarantee temperament, as we have no control over the environment and care the puppy ultimately receives once it leaves our home. Should breeding rights be given, that does not change the fact that they are sold only as pets. We do not sell our puppies with any breeding guarantees. This also means that we do not guarantee fertility or whelping success. Do you understand and confirm acceptance? *
Would you consider a guardianship arrangement allowing us to retain breeding rights? All costs for health testing and breeding would be covered by breeder.
Guardian Boerboels retains the rights to first pick from ALL of our litters, but we don’t always keep one… From time to time we may decide to keep a puppy out of a litter. We reserve the right to hold puppies. This may mean that certain puppies may not be available for a couple weeks while we decide on if we may keep the said puppy or not. Do you understand? *
